Start a simple fitness plan
The days of our life can be so challenging, whether you work full time or retired! People have become so Busy! Start a simple fitness routine so I suggest taking a 15 min power walk followed by an 8 oz glass of water minimum. Since 2013 I have also used a superfood, powdered green 3x a week for an immunity boost and energy surge! The water will keep your energy balanced and your digestion will work more properly. I have not had a bladder infection since and my hair began to grow quickly after using it. Been hooked ever since! (check it out on my website, cardinalsellingservices.com)
Have a balanced meal. Treat yourself daily to the foods you love, spoil yourself just in case no one else does! To me that is shrimp, seafood of any type really and fresh vegetables. I should be a lot thinner! Heredity is real.
Spend a targeted 15 min each day cleaning an area of your home that needs attention. This simple task helps you to reset your mind, and reduces stress for the days ahead! Organization is the key to peace for any busy person.
Call your children, your parents or your best friend. Make plans with them. Let them know how special they are. Plan a weekend getaway next month with them or a vacation that everyone will enjoy. They are the real reason we work so hard.
Plan your day tomorrow. This should not take more than 20 minutes. Set timelines and goals specific to the time you want to do for the best chance you will get it done. Excellent way to relax and put your day on slow motion and be ready for sleep.
Take a bath around 9 p.m.. Best tip of all of mine given, baths help to restore your skin, your aching muscles and your mind and is an excellent way to go to sleep at night. If you struggle with routine, and getting a good night of sleep, try taking natural supplements. The most obvious is melatonin for sleep. Your local pharmacy will always have those and they are inexpensive to use. Take one an hour before you go to bed. Set your night time routine by 8:30 p.m. so you can be asleep by 10:30 p.m. Sleeping is my superpower. I am serious about sleep and it is the perfect way to ward off many other serious issues related to sleep deprivation.
Read a book off-topic for your normal daily grind, even if you read 20 minutes at a time. Expand your mind with reading about simplistic calm living, how to improve your love life, relationships with your children or for fun, a vintage novel which can give some perspective of life in a much less demanding world, one we should all be striving for.
End your day reflecting on your life goals, what did you today to advance those goals? If you were to write a top 5 list for your “Perfect Day” what would it look like? Did you hit any of those 5 perfect day items today? Feel free to email me with your comments and suggestions
